Privacy Policy
This policy matches the scripts the site actually loads as of 27 October 2026: Google Analytics 4 (G-VM3PL9V2QS), Microsoft Clarity (project z4arfhr98j) and Adsterra Native Banner / Social Bar units. All three start on the first view; the cookie notice is a notice and a withdrawal control, not a gate.

I read the built HTML and the loader before writing this page. The ad and replay scripts are created by page script after the first paint, so the served HTML carries no eager ad script tag. That changes when the request happens, not whether it happens: a first visit with no stored choice loads all three. Only a stored Reject, or a Global Privacy Control signal, stops them.
What the site stores on your device
The site itself writes two localStorage keys and no cookie of its own.
If you use a browser that sends Global Privacy Control, or Do Not Track, the site treats that as Reject and writes gmd_consent with choice denied before any vendor is created.
| Key | Where | Value | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| gmd_consent | localStorage | choice (granted or denied), at (timestamp), exp (expiry), source (default, accept, reject or gpc) | 180 days, then the next visit treats you as a new visitor and records granted again |
| gmd_adbar_closed | localStorage | closed (true), at (ISO timestamp), exp (expiry) for the Adsterra Social Bar close button | 180 days; while it is set the fixed bar is not created again |
Default loading and how to withdraw
With no stored choice, the site records granted, loads Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and the Adsterra units on the first view, and shows the cookie notice. The notice has Accept and Reject. Accept keeps the grant. Reject writes denied, removes the Clarity and Adsterra script tags, tells Google Consent Mode that advertising and analytics storage are denied, and reloads the page so the vendors run no further. That choice is remembered for 180 days.
Cookie settings in the footer reopens the notice at any time. Clearing site data in your browser deletes both keys and returns you to the default-on state on the next visit.
Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track counts as Reject without a click. The site does not ask you to accept anything before it measures; the banner exists so the default is disclosed and can be undone.
Third parties the pages load
Adsterra is an advertising network. Its partners may use the ad request to select a creative and to cap how often you see it. The personalised-advertising opt-outs for the networks this site touches are Google Ads Settings, aboutads.info, Your Online Choices and the NAI opt-out. Adsterra does not offer a per-publisher opt-out page, so a stored Reject on this site or a browser-level tracker block is the direct control.
No other analytics, tag manager, chat widget or banner SDK runs on these pages. There is no account system, no newsletter and no comment form, so the site holds no visitor database of its own.
| Party | When | Purpose | Cookies and storage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 (googletagmanager.com, google-analytics.com), measurement ID G-VM3PL9V2QS | First view. A stored Reject keeps the tag but sends only cookieless pings with consent denied | Aggregate page views and traffic sources | Cookies _ga and _ga_VM3PL9V2QS, up to 2 years, only while consent is granted |
| Microsoft Clarity (www.clarity.ms, scripts.clarity.ms, r.clarity.ms and page-specific *.clarity.ms hosts observed during this audit), project z4arfhr98j | First view, unless you stored Reject | Heat maps and session replay of clicks and scrolling; form inputs are masked by Clarity | Cookies _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day); Clarity may also read MUID where Microsoft already set it |
| Adsterra (bicea.org, static.nresystems.com, cdn.storageimagedisplay.com, cdn.show-creative1.com, cdn.show-sb.com and cdn.cloudpiko.com observed during this audit), publisher 3403020, units NativeBanner_1 31951446 and SocialBar_1 31951447 | First view, unless you stored Reject | Native banner above the footer and the fixed Social Bar; adult ads are switched off in the Adsterra panel | Cookies and identifiers set on the ad domain, typically a session and a frequency-cap cookie; the site does not read them |
| YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) | When you press play on a video card | Video playback inside the page | Set by YouTube after the click, not on first paint |
| Roblox (roblox.com) | When you follow a play or community link | Open the game page or the group | Set by Roblox on its own domain, not by this site |
Legal basis and retention
For visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland, this page describes the default loading state and the available withdrawal control; it does not describe that default as a visitor clicking consent. Reject is available at first view and at any later time. The operator should review regional legal requirements for this default-on configuration before relying on this paragraph as legal advice.
Retention on this site is the two localStorage keys above (180 days each). Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra retain data under their own property or service settings and policies; this site does not assert a property-specific retention period here. The site operator does not copy vendor data into a local database.
The pages are served from a host that keeps short-lived access logs for abuse prevention. The contact mailbox is [email protected], routed through Cloudflare Email Routing.
Your rights
You can ask what the operator holds about you, ask for a copy, correction or deletion, and object to the legitimate-interest processing, by writing to [email protected]. Because the site keeps no visitor database, most requests end with the two localStorage keys being deleted in your browser and the vendors being asked through their own opt-outs.
EU and UK readers can complain to their supervisory authority. California readers can use the same mailbox for access or deletion requests. Changes to this policy are dated on the page; the last change is 27 October 2026.
Questions people ask
Do I have to accept cookies to read this site?
No. The pages render without a choice. Analytics, Clarity and Adsterra load by default, and Reject turns Clarity and the ads off for 180 days, or until you clear site data.
Which cookies does this site set itself?
None. The site writes two localStorage keys, gmd_consent and gmd_adbar_closed. The cookies in the table above are set by Google, Microsoft and Adsterra on their own domains.
How do I turn the ads off again?
Press Reject in the notice, or reopen it with Cookie settings in the footer. The denial is stored for 180 days and the Adsterra and Clarity scripts are not created while it lasts.
Is adult advertising enabled?
No. The Adsterra website record for germanmopeddays.com has adult ads switched off, and only the Native Banner and Social Bar formats exist on it.
