I read correction mail against the page’s sources before I change a number. A screenshot of your own session is useful context, and it is still one source until a second public source agrees. I do not reset Roblox passwords from this address.
What to send
Editorial replies are aimed at two business days. That is a target, not a contract. Roblox Corporation handles lost accounts, Robux charges, refunds and bans through Roblox Support.
Write to [email protected]. The address is on this domain and is set up to receive mail and to send a reply from the same address. I read correction mail against the public Roblox pages before I change a sentence.
Do not send passwords, Roblox security codes, or payment screenshots. I cannot see your inventory, and a code in an email is something I will delete rather than use.
- A wrong fact: page URL, the sentence, and a public link that disagrees.
- An image credit: the file path and the owner.
- A partnership note: who you are and what you want.
What this mailbox is not
It is not the developer inbox for 123xPhilx321 and it is not Roblox Support. A ban appeal, a missing Robux charge, or a hacked account stays on the Roblox help site. I can only fix what this guide says.
If you are reporting a broken code, include the exact string, the date you tried it, and whether the game asked you to join the group. LADEBALKEN is the only string two public pages agreed on when I last checked, and even that string has a group requirement on one of them.
Questions people ask
Is there a phone number?
No. The only public channel is [email protected].
